Anti-Abuse Policy & Penalties

These rules form an integral part of our 'Terms & Conditions'. The types of violations, penalty tiers, and account suspension rules are fully transparent. The platform will enforce tiered penalties based on the nature, frequency, and severity of the behavior to combat cheating, AI abuse, mass exploitation, reverse engineering, and other violations.

I. Definition of Violations

Users engaging in any of the following behaviors are considered in violation, and the platform reserves the right to independently determine and enforce penalties:

  1. 1. Cheating: Registering with fake identities/information, proxying API calls for others, fraudulently acquiring benefits, illicitly accumulating points/rewards, or bypassing platform verification mechanisms to obtain unauthorized access.
  2. 2. AI Service Abuse: Maliciously generating illegal/infringing/harassing content, high-frequency malicious API calls, mass-generating spam, or interfering with the normal use of other users.
  3. 3. Mass Violations: Mass account registration, bulk API calls, mass participation in activities, large-scale scripted operations, or gang-related violations.
  4. 4. Exploitation / Arbitrage: Exploiting activity rule loopholes, newbie benefits, subsidies, or invitation mechanisms to maliciously obtain platform benefits/cash/resources; reselling accounts, benefit eligibility, or invitation codes.
  5. 5. Reverse Engineering / Vulnerability Exploitation: Reverse engineering the product, cracking APIs, packet sniffing to tamper with data, exploiting technical vulnerabilities for profit, attacking platform systems, or unauthorized access to servers.
  6. 6. Other Violations: Assisting others in violations, buying/selling/renting/sharing accounts, or violating laws, regulations, and other terms of this agreement.

II. Penalty Tiers (from minor to severe)

Tier 1: Warning + Throttling (Minor Violation)

  • Penalties: System warning, API call limits, feature downgrade, benefit freeze, content throttling.
  • Applicability: First-time minor violations, unintentional bulk operations, small-scale exploitation.

Tier 2: Service Suspension (Moderate Violation)

  • Penalties: Account/feature suspension for 1–7 days, forfeiture of ill-gotten gains from this violation.
  • Applicability: Repeated minor violations, obvious AI abuse, medium-scale exploitation.

Tier 3: Short-Term Suspension (Severe Violation)

  • Penalties: Account suspension for 7–30 days, clearing of violation benefits, restricted participation in activities.
  • Applicability: Mass violations, malicious arbitrage, repeated AI abuse, exploiting vulnerabilities for profit.

Tier 4: Permanent Ban (Extremely Severe Violation)

  • Penalties: Permanent account ban, data clearance, refusal to provide future services; suspected illegal acts will be reported to judicial authorities.
  • Applicability: Reverse engineering / attacking the platform, organized exploitation, repeated offenses despite warnings, causing significant losses.

III. Recidivism & Transparent Suspension Rules

  1. 1. Escalation for Recidivism: A repeated violation within 180 days will immediately result in a penalty escalation of one tier; 3 or more violations will lead to a direct permanent ban.
  2. 2. Direct Maximum Penalty: Reverse engineering, large-scale exploitation, or disrupting platform order will result in a permanent ban on the first offense.
  3. 3. Transparent Determination: Penalties are comprehensively determined based on system logs, behavioral characteristics, and the scale/amount of the violation. Results can be viewed in the Account Center.
  4. 4. Transparent Execution: Before a ban, users will be notified via email of the reason, duration, and appeal portal. Permanent bans cannot be appealed for unbanning.

IV. Penalty Execution & Appeals

  1. 1. Penalties take effect immediately upon the platform's discovery of the violation, without separate prior notice.
  2. 2. Users who object to a penalty may submit an appeal via Customer Service within 7 days. The platform will review and respond within 3 working days.
  3. 3. The platform reserves the right to fully recover, clear, or freeze any benefits/resources obtained through violations, which may not be exchanged or withdrawn.
